Return merchandise authorization (RMA) guidelines

When returning products to Anchor Lab, follow these guidelines to ensure the quickest possible delivery and to avoid any potential additional costs (customs duties, VAT, etc.). Contact Anchor Lab at info@anchorlab.net before shipping a product to ensure no additional procedures are required.

Sending via a recognised courier service (DHL, UPS, etc.) is preferable, and most likely quicker, than sending via your local country's postal service.

Ensure the product is packaged securely to avoid any potential damage during the delivery process. Use the checklist before to ensure the package is correctly labeled:

  • The company name (Anchor Lab K/S) must appear on the top line of the delivery address.
  • The contact persons name for the delivery must be prefixed with ATT:
  • Anchor Lab's company registration number (CVR: DK34611653) must be included on the package.
  • Include the appropriate tariff code on the package label. If an appropriate tariff code is not listed below, contact Anchor Lab at info@anchorlab.net.
    • Product: Monitoring unit (BlackBoxVX-mini) Tariff code: (HS): 8471410000 Origin: EU
    • Product: Monitoring R2 unit (BlackBox R2) Tariff code: (HS): 8471410000 Origin: EU
    • Product: Monitoring unit (BlackBoxVX) Tariff code: (HS): 8471410000 Origin: EU
    • Product: Digital IP Camera Tariff code: (HS): 8525803000 Origin: TW
  • The reason for the return must be clearly stated on the package label. If being returned for servicing, this should state Repair
